What do you want your health to look like?

My journey into health coaching began in my early 40s, after having my two boys, when I found myself navigating changes in my body, hormones, and sense of identity. That experience led me to explore a more intentional approach to wellbeing. I discovered the power of movement, the necessity of self-care, and the reality that looking after my health needed to become a priority, not an afterthought.

After nearly 25 years in accounting and law, I felt a clear shift toward more meaningful, people-focused work. I trained as a Health Coach through PreKure, gaining a strong, science-based understanding of how we can better align our healthspan with our lifespan.

Now, I work alongside clients to create sustainable, personalised change. We focus on nutrition, movement, sleep, and social connection as the foundations of long-term health. My approach is warm, practical, and grounded in real life.
